Flexible company willing to make adjustments to maintain business. Fun and friendly employees, younger working environment. Quick hiring and on-boarding process. Great mission, it will take work to live up to the company's mission entirely but nothing great happens overnight. Current work from home is amazing, hopefully it is an option or incentive as this is more favorable than an office setting. Great interaction from the CEO and coworkers to keep employees happy, encouraged, and cared for. Promoting inclusion and diversity as the business grows stronger together.

Cons

Working from home to begin a new career leaves you not knowing how the culture and team really are together in an office environment due to the distance created with remote work. Training and on-boarding process very ambiguous compared to other employers; partially due to mandatory work from home switch. Working hours are a set time, it would be more favorable to have greater working flexibility as not every person can perform their best at the set times.

Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, you were not able to experience your first days at RoadRunner, inside of ONE PPG Place. Hopefully, the company's constant communication over slack and email has been able to provide you with some positive initial insight into the company culture. The Culture Committee is proud to provide/send a lunch of their choice to a different RoadRunner employee everyday. In addition, the Diversity Committee continues to provide updates on recent initiatives. communication is very fast and up to date. So many people jump to help you if you have questions. Your daily tasks aren't overwhelming. The team atmosphere of it is so fun. I enjoy working here

Some of the work you have to do is tedious

Pros

Have had nothing short of the best experiences so far. Have felt valued with every interaction. Everyone here has been nice and courteous. The training for my position has been awesome, have been doing this while social distancing has been going on. Leveraging the technology at our hands to complete this has been a great help. The values that have been on display since i have been hired are on par with my own.
