      Pros

      Non-toxic work environment The people are really what holds the company together. People caring truly about other people they work with.

      Cons

      Ups and downs - things seem to still be changing quite a bit for a company that's 10 years in. This can cause some work-stress, but it's all in efforts for improvement and growth. Lack of growth opportunities. Not a lot of career pathing and unfortunately doesn't feel like a great long-term place (for some roles) if you are seeking professional advancement.
