Pros

Coworkers are cool and the office is in a nice building

Cons

Low pay, no WFH flexibility for a job that can easily be done from home. You need to make 80 calls and email 15 people per day when some of the best reps have proven that it is more productive to dedicate more time to a lower amount of calls. If you have one bad month they threaten to fire you regardless of how good you were for the last year of working there.

High turnover for sales, trash broker more than recycling company

Pros

Cool people that will leave you high and dry at the end, but nice while you work there. The program is a nice idea. Nice if you need a short term job and have another opportunity on the horizon.

Cons

High turnover in sales, burn and turn mentality, not a long term career choice for sales professionals. The customers I did sell the program to had problems with billing or logistics.
