      Pros

      Fun environment and great culture. The people you work with will make it worth coming in every day! Company is growing quickly. Always looking to improve our processes to benefit both the company and it's employees. People at the top know everyone by name and will listen to any concerns or ideas. Value their employees. Work life balance is managed very well. Busy while you are at work but you can leave at night knowing you are good until the next day. Great and cheap Benefits! 401k and commuter benefits.

      Cons

      Nothing concerning here. On the sales floor the only Cons will be things you see on all sales floors. You have to be self motivated and hard working to be successful. Cold calling can wear on you, however RoadRunner gives you an environment that keeps you focused and having fun.

      Great Company with Great People

      Pros

      Growing quickly, lots of upward mobility/opportunity for promotions, good entry-level and experienced sales position and experience, great mission that helps the environment, nice benefits, beautiful office location, an environment where hard work gets rewarded, well-intended/principled founder and leaders and collegial atmosphere!

      Cons

      Not many beyond some standard growing pains for high growth companies noting I implore your do not blindly believe the negative comments from mostly departed employees noting the company has really done a commendable job enhancing its workplace culture through its culture committee, its diversity committee and other HR changes and recruiting initiatives.
