Pros

No pros. Glass door forces you to write 5 words in this spot.

Cons

-Company Values and Company Culture -Managers (CEO to the “So Call Regional Managers) Very micromanaging and expect to answer all emails/calls/texts at any time. - No structure -inflation of numbers

Pros

Great location you can watch the Pirates play and the Steelers maybe even see some fireworks

Cons

First off micromanage is is an understatement... Some “sales coaches” are referred to as commanders, others are laid back and great managers that’s as far as I would go, I would not call them “sales coaches” most of not all of them just fell into the position, not much management training! It really is a bunch of frat boys running around playing corn hole. The people that work hard hit quote in a week get put on probation because of the commander. The hard workers are put under a microscope and if they even breath the wrong way the commander will take note of it (even down to the very minute). ALSO if you are germaphobic DO NOT WORK HERE! They have a mandatory 3:30pm pound/handshake. One more thing there is a very high turnover rate due to the micromanagement

Pros

I resigned so that is the only pro.

Cons

This company front loads it's reviews on Glassdoor and pays for it so, you need to scroll down to read the true employee comments. This is a bunch of high school/college guys who are in leadership positions. They set unrealistic expectations for the every day worker. They ask you to sell recycling services but in reality, the are just a waste broker. I was asked to make false statements to my prospects on service savings and once clients signed on, they cancelled because savings were not realized. Poor sales leadership, if you want to call it that. If you can't deliver, don't sell it. Discrimination is an issue at this company.
