      Pros

      They are a good place to learn a systematic approach to business. Salaries are fine but overall compensation is low compared to other companies. Very good company if you like to travel especially to Europe as most senior level positionso require regular trips to Germany.

      Cons

      Even at the VP level you will be hands-on similarly to a senior manager in other companies. Overall compensation is low for the roll and title.

      Pros

      The pay it good. Thats about it.

      Cons

      Work home balance is horrible in Florence, Ky. I worked for months with out a day off. You will never know when to make plans. The turn over ratio is extremely high. This company has no loyalty to its employees. Hr is a train wreck. Very unprofessional! If you read these reviews you will notice that the only good reviews are from high ups and management.
