      This is a very good somewhat progressive company to work for with worldwide opportunities and a very wide range of technical and career employment disciplines to pursue.

      Cons

      Its size, over 300,000 employees, is both a strength and a weakness. Such size sponsors substantial bureaucracy bloat which tends to get in the way of progress.

      Stable Company for long term employment. Large company with a very diverse background. Due to the diverse nature of the company, a BU can have a bad few years without being directly affected.

      Cons

      Slow - not very dynamic. Not much internal career development offered. Certain function of the company are not held accountable for their performance.
