      Great Benefits, Good Co-Workers and Pay

      Cons

      Leaders at the company are highly indecisive, often changing direction at the last minute. This means you might start a project only to see it abandoned before completion, making it difficult to understand the company’s overall direction. The workforce is consistently overloaded with projects and excessive pressure, leaving employees feeling undervalued and overwhelmed. Additionally, the company’s processes often hinder productivity. Instead of enabling employees to focus on meaningful work, much of the time is spent navigating red tape and unnecessarily complicated procedures. This creates a confusing and frustrating environment, making it challenging to achieve results or feel a sense of progress.

      The only pro is the pay.

      Cons

      Was forced to work 7 months straight without a day off. Mandatory overtime. 10 minute break and 20 minute lunch. They promise a day off but you'll never see it. Very strenuous labor.
