      Pay below market range/conservative pay philosophy Too lean for the size of org. Little to no middle management or development opportunities to move up Global is very disconnected and forcing processes and decisions that don't make sense for the business or product needs here Too caught up in process instead of progress

      Pays well, but not for the work you put in.

      Cons

      Doesn't respect employees Upstairs is willing to throw you under the bus if it means they cover themselves Plenty of gossip but no communication regarding the job Point system Room for growth, but theres extreme favoritism Neglects to listen to employees on the floor regarding ways to improve efficiency Line work is rough, but if you do anything else on the floor, be very aware that anything you do can be used against you, and no good deed goes unpunished.
