      Competitive benefits and pay, but middle management struggles

      Pros

      Benefits - Very competitive, some of the best I've ever had. Pay - Spec Techs top out in the lower 40's. The pay is competitive for sure. Overtime - There is a ton of OT available if you want it. I am averaging over 400 hours a year. Upper Management - The Plant Management is amazing. Anytime I have had an issue make it's way up to them, only twice, it was resolved in a matter of days.

      Cons

      Middle Management - Way too many "trying to move uppers", willing to do ANYTHING to do so.

      Lower salary (compared to competition), too much politics, archaic tooling, too much Windows-only development, management not technically competent.

      Flexibile, higher EPF employer rate, bonuses, average salary increment

      Cons

      policy comprehension not aligned, lot of silos department not harmonized, micromanaging and political management system. whistleblowers that don't work in a good faith.
