      Salary, Flexibility to work from home, flexibility to make up time if you need to leave early or come in late

      Terrible leadership, lack of training, lack of positive culture, lots of employees who lack basic job knowledge

      Pros

      The only good thing about this place is you can make up to $20 without a degree.

      Cons

      Bosch works their employees like slaves. Working employees 40 days plus in a row without even an option for a day off. This company has no regard for work life balance. They have a horrible point system and you get a point even if you have a doctor note. No paternity leave for men. Bad management who doesn't care about you as a person and the company as a whole doesn't value any of the employees.
