Pros

Overall, decent benefits and training with relaxed culture. Direct management was excellent.

Cons

Lack of positive upper management decisions. Complete waste of resources and lack of mobility within IT structure. In summary, how to do IT the "wrong way."

Good Benefits - 401k match and medical are very competitive Mobility - Bosch is a world-wide company and operates as such, internal opportunities are posted via Bosch's internal system. Movement within the company is not discouraged. Very Challenging work environment

Cons

Work Life Balance - Expectation is to meet extensive requirements with not enough tools & resources. This results in confusion and high workload for each associate. Stressful work environment - High pressure, constant fire fighting, unrealistic expectations/goals. Bureaucracy
