      Pros

      Good youngsters company you can have. You might get good onsite opportunity. They have well maintained office s. If you are lucky you will get good career options too.

      Cons

      Salary and its structure is not so attractive. Indian management is worst. Self centric people and least bother about work force and their career. You can't have horizontal career lattice as it may kill your promotion.

      Best exposure to abreast technologies, Employee friendly work culture, good work life balance, stable business as Bosch is not in Stock market.. Empasis on Invention and patent filing activities, great library and garden. Avid Forums for publishing research papers, ideas. Less work pressure.A Company which does not equates every action of its employee to money!!!! . Very easily projections can be made so for the right person great perk is there...

      Cons

      People who do not do anything other than asigned work won't be celebrated much even if they perform 200%. at it. and also Buttering management team is required.

      Good HR policies and one the best employers due to transparent evaluation system.growth prospects are good at bosch as they review each candidate and make 5 year career plan for them.
