      I'm organised, i'm punctual, I like to get things done, but not just superficially, I like things to done well.

      Working weekends. No bonuses for the holydays

      Pros

      Very Structured way of process and development. Nice Management, basically managers are the one who were developers in the organization at one time so they understand things pretty well. Always my feeling has been that you will get all the opportunities if you do your work well. Otherwise there will be always enough useless work available for you.

      Cons

      The only thing which i see is that many experienced people are leaving because of salary factor.
