Pros
working environment is the best i have work in, barely no over time work, low stress at work. Competitive product in the market, private company, so will not disturb frequently
Cons
Everything is slow, a lot of complicated process makes no one know exactly what is the process, it's like for everything there is a regulation, but for every regulation there is exception, because the regulation is not realistic to cover the situation
