      Only a few ongoing projects

      Communication was lacking on the part of some of the organizers. Though the teams had plenty of client work, communication was lacking and this impacted the build times.

      Competitive pay and benefits. Decent workload that will keep you busy and fill your day.

      Cons

      No transparency from management. No clear direction of the company is communicated to bottom level employees, many new products and major company moves are found out through outside news sources and never come down from the top. You will feel overlooked and 'not good enough' unless you just stick within the confines of your daily job.
