      Prejudice Company against people with disability

      very little pros. but during covid allowed people to work from home. very little pros with this company. they pay poorly and treat staff with special needs poorly

      Cons

      discriminate against people with disabilty. i had a cancer disability and worked for 4 years. they dismissed me because of my disability.

      Pros

      Apprenticeship program for operators to become technicians. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Company values time at the company rather than experience and ability. Had 8 years in nuclear field and was still seen junior to apprentices after some time with the company. Company rarely discussed pay with employees. I left when I received a raise of 80 cents.
