Annually increse in salary; hybrid workplace; lot of support for families; language improvement possibility, etc.

Cons

regularly complain about the negative economic situation; no in-year compensation even in case of high inflation; trying to be 'hip' with free coffee and free leisure activities, instead of paying more attention to compensating the individual
