Pros

They hire very well, so we had awesome team mates. (See later about this). --great training + lots of resources. -- there name is well known so easier to sell

Cons

-- they hire well as shown above, but do not retain their talent because this environment is not healthy. - you are just a number! This is a sales company, they only see you as a number. -This is a sales company, so it is not a recruiting/staffing job. My passion is recruiting and helping people. Here, they don't care about the candidates, only the job orders they receive. So, if you're a company, they will take care of you. If you're trying to get a job, they don't care about you unless you do well for their clients. - Upper management is unprofessional and isn’t up to speed with new technology improvements or new ways of running a company. You're just a number! -HUGE activity quota. Not just a sales quota, but you have to hit activity numbers! I've been with the company for 3 years and above quota, but still on our butts to make calls after calls after calls, it never stops, nothing is every good enough.

Pros

Pros would be a paycheck, insurance coverage, 3 weeks vacation from start-date, ability to learn about many different careers and meet new people. If your in-between jobs, could be a good buffer till you get to the next job. If you're interested in Recruiting, a great place to get a crash course and then move on to somewhere else. There are some good people who work here, they are just stuck like you and most aren't in leadership positions.

Cons

Horrible leadership, bad management, almost zero training, treat their employees like numbers on an excel spreadsheet, don't pay for parking ($200/month), old/slow computers, old/dirty/broken office furniture, sweatshop mentality... the people that have been there the longest make money because they lasted, not because they are talented, smart or worked harder. Zero mentors there. Lots of bullying. The draw system.. you need to book about $200K/year to actually bonus because you have to cover your monthly base salary in-order to bonus. Whatever you don't cover rolls over to the next month (like rollover minutes)

Pros

Office in Buckhead (middle of traffic) and you get a paycheck.

Cons

Very toxic work place, not a team environment at all. Recruiters do NOT share candidates, which is not helpful for the talent, client, or the individual working at TCG. They make fun of talent behind their backs and gossip runs rampant. It's disgusting how a large brand can operate with such a negative attitude. They scare candidates into thinking you have to ONLY work exclusively with the creative group and scare clients into doing the same. Nothing is nurturing or growth-worthy there. Very stagnant model, management has horrible attitudes and will scream, yell, and curse you out. They can pretty much do whatever they want if they can bill the client for it.
