Pros

Great training Lots of resources and tools - you'll have what you need to do your job Ability to move up - but it's limited and often times you'll make more $ staying in a lower role

Cons

Literally the worst manager I've ever worked for: Just a horrible person, shady, stole credit, sexually harassed women, argumentative, selfish, racist, childish, did not lead by example, controlling, did no work and upper management was well aware of this man yet kept him around for years. Even bringing him back after he was fired years before for harassment Push for a poor work/life balance and guilt trip you into staying late Low commission and incentives No actual ability to affect change within the company High turnover Remote work frowned upon Push to nickle and dime your consultants

Pros

None , the building was okay.

Cons

I didn’t work here. I came in for an “interview” with a recruiting manager who was going to connect me to a position. She was so incredibly rude, pulled out my resume and asked me questions like “ What even is this?” I left that “interview”’feeling inadequate and like I wasn’t going to get anywhere. She basically told me that I had nothing. Don’t go in here for an interview you will be disappointed and discouraged.

Pros

Hard work pays off Flexibility Mostly great coworkers

Cons

Leadership over the Houston perm team regularly belittles staff, demonstrates favoritism that doesn't appear to be based on production or commitment, is regularly judging us on metrics like outbound call volume rather than results, demoralizes staff to the point where really good recruiters have left the company, and more. Nobody in management at the branch level will say anything because they don't want to risk their jobs and Houston's perm team leadership is clear about not breaking a chain of command because they don't want the secret out - that they are causing this team to derail.
