Pros

Great training program. Great for true sales people as there is a lot of opportunity to make money. Good benefits. The job forces you to improve and polish your skills.

Cons

Not a job for shy people (lots of cold calling). Can be a catty environment at times. You need to continuously stay sharp.

Pros

Very competitive environment to help you grow. Great employee perks, benefits, and vacation time.

Cons

High turnover, poor training and internal team development. Management was too busy trying to meet their quotas to train a successful team. It was a very high-stress corporate environment. Work was constant and never-ending. I got burnt out after being the last survivor of 4 other team members who quit or got fired before I left.
