Robert Half once again was named first in our industry on Fortune magazine’s list of “World's Most Admired Companies.” - The training at all levels is exceptional whether you are new to the business or recruitment or an experienced leader.

      - There's some navigating required to ensure all stakeholders are on-board but that's true of any large global organisation.

      Pros

      Great training ground to enter the industry. Take these skills and move to another company, industry or start your own firm. No respect for tenure. always a grind for numbers not quality.

      Cons

      Stuck in the past. top down narcissistic management. Education and free thinking are not valued. Metrics based - just do the numbers. The whole company is led by a very small group of elderly white men. They make decisions at a micro level without input from local management. No incentive to move up in this organization unless you enjoy kissing butt for a title. The same old ideas get recirculated as the "new flavor of the month". Employees are disposable - just a cog in the wheel.
