Pros

- None really. They're big in America. Within Netherlands they are a relatively small agency and decreasing.

Cons

- Can't keep staff. Less experienced staff than other big agencies. Most -2year. - Foreign management. No real connection. - They miss the real entrepreneur mindset to maintain a recruitment agency. - Their training is in Belgium because Netherlands is decreasing. - Netherlands has a negative expected value due to no competitive value compared to better and bigger competitors (Robert Walters, Michael Page) - Have seen senior management make important decisions without having clear vision. - Lots of political games being played.

Pros

Robert Half has been a fantastic company to work for. If you are prepared to put in the hard work then it will give you career development and earning potential in abundance. The training you receive is second to none and the team have a great 'family vibe', with everyone accountable to one another for success. The team in Swindon / Oxford / Southampton (Southern Counties team) has experienced significant growth winning branch of the year twice in the last 3 years. As a result, anyone looking to join this team will have a superb opportunity to hit their career goals.

Cons

It is an environment that is KPI driven and instils a hard-work culture. This is either something you love or something you don't. If you like being pushed to hit your objective you will thrive, but isn't for everyone.

Pros

- Great office culture, genuinely most people who work here love their jobs and want to work hard and do well. There are weekly themed sales mornings to keep staff motivated with prizes for winners. Management and directors genuinely want people to be happy at work as well as productive. - Amazing training from the beginning, both away on training days and at desk from senior management and leadership. Directors are not too egotistical to get on the phones with you or sit down and help at desk with consultants, they are always happy to help and get involved. -Tablets for all staff members for agile working and nice offices in The Shard. - Opportunity to progress with a long term career, many members of staff doing management training courses. - Working for a global brand. RH have and are sponsoring staff members to move internationally within the company. - Uncapped commission, quarterly and annual events that recognise top performers as well as internal branch recognition on a more regular basis.

Cons

-The nature of recruitment is that you work long hours. RH could be a little bit more flexible on this, especially for top performers. - Targets are typically higher than what's required at other agencies but RH are a leader for that reason.
