Pros

Great training, practically endless growth opportunities, work here for a little while and you can practically get a job anywhere - recruiters contact you several times a week with opportunities, vacation time accrues quickly, uncapped income potential for staff-level

Cons

Long hours that just get longer the higher up you go, company culture based solely around the idea of making more money than the person sitting next to you, poor execution of things taught in training, high high turnover (don't make friends - either you or they will quit or be fired within the first six months), you as an employee matter only as much as you contribute the the shareholders' bottom line, truly terribly technology, intolerant to employee innovation, some offices are dingy with no plans to change them, corporate hides behind "we give to charity" as a way out of doing nice things for employees both internal and on assignment, they're somewhat deceitful in the interview process about what life actually looks like once you're hired on, and leave out pretty important details, there's a really high level of arrogance about the company, as if you should feel honored that they chose you to work there

Pros

Starting salary was ok but decreases as you go.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations. Unethical practices all around. Churn and burn. I was there for 6 months and was the 3rd longest tenured person in the office of about 25 people when I was "let go". Extremely difficult to build the relationships necessary to be successful in the job because everyone you call has already had bad experiences with them.

Hostile & Discriminatory Work Environment

Pros

Good training. Good pay for those successful.

Cons

It has really become a very sexist and hostile work environment. Also, it's very discriminatory with out loud sales floor discussions about how this company wants to hire someone in their 30s and this person is too old, or this company wants to hire an attractive female or only a male for this role because there are too many females working in the group. It's constant discrimination against your candidates as a recruiter as well as a competitive environments that goes so far to foster hostility among teammates. It was really disheartening to have to give up my job because I was unable to work with a manager and some of the team any longer but I couldn't sleep at night knowing the type of fighting and backbiting and discrimination going in in the office. Constant sexual connotations towards teammates were embarrassing and demeaning. It was unbearable and there was no one to tell. Managers would tell you that higher management would find a reason to fire you if you said anything. I was forced to move on.
