      Pros

      Get the true ins and outs of the industry. Good coworkers. Good stepping stone for exposure in a sales training environment. Good networking events

      Cons

      No guarantee salary. The salary is usually lower that what you would be making. Get thrown into the mix of things usually having to figure things out for yourself. Guidance is there but usually have to be proactive and get it yourself. Training usually is there but very minimal and short.

      Pros

      Great technology and back office support. Robert half relies mostly on technology than people. They have a great marketing machine behind them and you will learn everything about the biz .

      Cons

      Lord of the Flies" environment, dog-eat-dog. Tense and chaotic environment and good people you actually respect and enjoy working with are leaving. If managment doesn't like you, it doesn't matter how well you do, you will be in the outside and harrassed until you leave, or they will fire you.
