* The service depends on (a lot of) the counselor assigned to your case. * There were many personnel changes at the end of 2012 that affected my chances for better contracts. * I received phone calls for other positions not related to my field or with less responsibilities. * The person assigned to my case did not attend in 3 consecutive appointments to talk with me, my supervisor and see my work (one was understandable for health). Cancellation calls were not received. I just left waiting for her. * My last counselor did not seek better opportunities for me. I found them on my own. Who replaced me started earning 34% more than me and fulfilling the same responsibilities (?). * They do not pay civic holidays like other similar companies do.

No work life balance. Remote capabilities, however business philosophy is remote is for when in the field or to work additional hours not as an option in place of regular hours. Too much micromanagement for senior, producing staff.
