The company promotes its training as a strength, but my experience was that it lacked structure and consistency. There are so many services, tools, and expectations to learn at once that it can feel overwhelming, with little time to truly master any of them. The emphasis is heavily on activity metrics, so taking time to learn or ask for help can leave you feeling like you're falling behind on calls, emails, and revenue goals. Leadership often provides inconsistent direction, and meaningful coaching or mentorship is limited. The culture can feel highly competitive rather than collaborative, with employees often looking out for themselves instead of supporting one another. Overall, it felt like success depended more on enduring the environment than on being developed into a stronger professional.
The compensation structure was not as transparent as I expected. During the hiring process, I believed I would be earning one amount based on how the compensation was presented, but later learned there were conditions and exceptions in the compensation agreement that significantly affected earnings. I wish the pay structure had been explained more clearly before I accepted the role. Starting as an hourly employee with the possibility of transitioning to salary later also felt unusual, and I found it difficult to fully understand how compensation, commissions, and incentives worked until after I was already employed.
