      Pros

      If you turn in your timesheet on time, management does not really care about your performance. Easy to get a job. Very lenient on time-off.

      Cons

      The management team is very hands-off: once you are placed in a role, you will not hear from anyone at Accountemps until you need to be placed somewhere new or you reach out to them (even if the job is over 1 year). Pay does not reflect the work you do. Managers care more about the client companies than their employees.

      Terrible guidance! Free for all! No training in place! Management is not honest about what you can truly earn. High turn over! Very disrespectful with their employees and consultants

      Appears to some as good career experience

      Cons

      This is by far the worst environment I have ever been in for a company. They demand 55+ hour work weeks, no work/life balance, compensation is not fair for work you put in(decent salary but near impossible goals for bonus or commision opportunities). This company does not care about their customers, internal relationshiops ( a true shark tank), and only about profits(the CEO made 70+ million last year for not doing much). The company is a chop shop, in fact when I interviewed they sold it as a "Boiler Room" atmosphere. Stay far away if you care about your happiness.
