Pros

Every morning we had an all hands meeting, discussing first aids, near misses and daily expectations. Robins and Morton perfected their group and individual JHA's.

Cons

We were a sub to a sub. Therefore we were unseen by the owners. Per-deim was low, due to our contract. We were bussed to the site. The owners sub lost control of their safety program.
