Pay, time off, professional co-workers, no public interaction, anonymous job for the most part, Military friendly, Easiest money I’ve ever earned.

Cons

No advancement, benefits unaffordable, occasional layoffs, threat of sequestration, Raises don’t outpace inflation, schedule based on Union rules, Isolated upper mgmt
