Pros

Very cool product, makes you really want to love the company.

Cons

Toxic environment, people exited on a whim. Lots of politics and lots of ego, especially from the top.

Pros

Great pay Free snacks and caterings Good location We gave children who had chronic illnesses a tour around our building and it was really great. Had good experience with co-workers Employees come from all walks of life and countries

Cons

The manager that was in charge of us demanded that we have a set quota on the amount of content and accounts moderated each day, even going as far as to banning users off the platform who clearly have done nothing that violated our Trust & Safety policies, and just to let our appeals department to deal with the user's service termination appeal which takes weeks to get something done for those users we wrongly ban to meet the quota. Half of our content moderation team are outsourced contractors in India, so you can imagine why we have a bad reputation for our customer support. Upper management lacked any transparency, was told by my manager to not talk about our salary with our co-workers even though it is against the law to tell your employees not to discuss about it. I had a great experience with my co-workers but the higher ups and managements lacked any communications and transparency with us, the only time we had any real transparency was during meetings yet we were afraid to ask any questions that may question their abuse of authority over us that may threaten to let us go. Most of my co-workers only stayed for the stocks. The way we were required to treat the platform's users with clearly false reasons of termination of their service just to meet the required quota the managers told us to meet if we couldn't reach it with legitimate reasons was the last straw.
