      Pros

      - Great company culture, everyone is very nice and friendly. - No "crunch" time. Work hours have been very consistent and normal. - Free lunch is always nice. - The work itself has been great.

      Cons

      - Cross team communication could be improved. - Sometimes it can be slow to get questions answered from product managers on projects.

      My dream come true

      Pros

      I've been a member of the Roblox community for over 10 years, and getting to contribute to the platform as an engineer is a dream come true! The atmosphere here is very relaxed and vibrant. There's plenty of heads-down work, but it's also common to see people gathered in the snack room for a lively conversation. The work-life balance here is great.

      Cons

      It's unclear to me where my career is headed, and the bay area is very expensive. Roblox pays well, but I'm only barely profiting while living here.

      Pros

      Everyone is their own "ceo". No one cares how you organize, just so long as it works. I feel empowered to do my job, have excellent benefits, and there is free food everywhere

      Cons

      The teams and offices are growing very quickly so an organic culture has not really revealed itself yet
