      Pros

      Great people to work alongside. Great benefits.

      Cons

      C-level’s are not consistent and they are very far attached from their teams. Over the past year, they have in fact done lay-offs but mask them as “restructures” or through their “return to office” policy.

      There's really good people that work here and actually love the product

      Cons

      There's no trust in leadership anymore. There's constant fear that something new (that's bad) is going to happen. Why grant people to be remote and let them move, then say they have to come back in the office after they already uprooted their whole life?

      Absolutely no pros at Roblox.

      Cons

      Management, pay, deadline conflicts, and some of the rudest coworkers imaginable. As someone who’s worked at a few different tech companies around the area, with no issue let alone, this is definitely not a normal way to operate. Find somewhere better. You deserve it.
