      Compensation is nice. Much better than almost everywhere. Tons of things to improve

      Surprisingly, but tech level in this company is low. Management is not professional. C-level is making weirdest decision on 'coz I can' level

      Pros

      Interesting product. Nice co workers. Good pay.

      Cons

      As the company and tech stack has grown we spend more and more time in process issues (setup tasks, tooling, broken build, trying to understand old undocumented code, secret knowledge) and less just building new features. Leadership reneged on commitment to allow remote work. Shows a lack of respect, lack of empathy, lack of integrity.

      - Reputable company; that pays decently and hasn't done mass layoffs

      Cons

      - no flexibility on remote work and requires you to be in office 3x a week - Lack of any type of representation - Performance review process is a confirmation and not an affirmation process. There's a ton of bias in how you get recognition here along the lines of ensuring you're well liked by your manager and they are surfacing your name
