      Fully remote, great pay, interesting projects. A wondeful relief from the games industry as a 3d artist.

      Cons

      C-Suite is too enthusiastic about in-person office culture. Company needs to see itself more as a competitor to Unity and Epic before it's too late.

      - growing pains - my interview process was very odd — was asked braintreaser style questions — offered ordered approach and solution — was rejected from the role, saying the team went with another candidate — reapplied to another listing — the new recruiter read me feedback about my interview, saying I was unimaginative and disorganized — interviewed and offered the role
