      Pros

      Great people to work alongside. Great benefits.

      Cons

      C-level’s are not consistent and they are very far attached from their teams. Over the past year, they have in fact done lay-offs but mask them as “restructures” or through their “return to office” policy.

      Great Engineers, Not so great Leadership

      - Compensation is high - Engineers are great, both technically and as people - Some of the engineering work is interesting

      Cons

      Leadership (C-Suite specifically) is poor. They will lie and break promises for short term gains while touting they are "taking the long view". Focus seems to be whatever Dave wants as opposed to what the company actually needs. Remote work is no longer an option. Previous employees who were pre-approved to work remotely were forced to come back to HQ or take severance.
