      Pros

      Roblox is a fun great place to work. People are generally helpful and there is a lot to do since it's not too big. Impact is pretty high, but work life balance is generally very good too which is a rare combination.

      Cons

      Team differences and project silos can make recognition hard to achieve. New grad pipeline and growth seems pretty good, but higher up starts getting more political.
