Micromanagement, move slow and sometime no work to do

The direction of the company has become unclear, with significant turnover at senior levels. Despite claims of being a growth-oriented organization, Roblox appears to seldom promote from within. There’s also a perception that employee well-being is not a priority, as evidenced by the company’s rollback of remote work policies, which some interpret as an indirect form of layoffs. The shift in Roblox’s core values became particularly noticeable after it went public. The company, once known for its enjoyable work environment and responsiveness to both fans and employees, seems to have shifted its focus towards shareholder interests, moving away from its original values.
