      Pros

      First and foremost because Roche is a company which invests in its employees, period. Then, because we are a big family of over 85,000 employees focusing on one thing only, make the world a better place. I have already worked in 4 countries for Roche, and everywhere the same spirit of growing together.

      Like in any matrix organization, it might be tricky sometimes so communication, communication and communication.
