There are benefits (medical, dental, vision) offered to full Roche employees.

Cons

The cliques are bad. There are no benefits or PTO for contracted employees, and there is no guarantee of being converted to full time status at the conclusion of your contract. Contracted employees are not allowed to use the gym, and do not get the same holidays.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. Roche intends to keep trained young professionals as employees and to offer them a position, if possible. If there is no permanent position after the successful completion of the vocational training, Roche offers a one-year temporary contract with a regular salary. During this year the young professionals can gain experience and at the same time look for a suitable position.
