Pros

The people were great. Everyone was really committed to their work which inspired a great work ethic in the Lab where I worked but also everyone was really laid back and down to earth. People joked often and made work fun.

Cons

People didn't like the manager and therefore made lots of jokes and inappropriate comments about him which was a bit uncomfortable for me, but I did see why they didn't like him.
