Pros
If anyone is thinking of becoming an employee of Rock Valley College, go ahead. It is one of the best in Illinois, it is forward thinking and many people who think to join the college for a year or two, end up spending their entire job life there.
Cons
The only negative thing that i have seen is that the last year the Board took direct responsibility for contract neg with the employees. There was many hard feelings on both sides.
