      Pros

      Rockefeller is truly a special place. Many people have stayed at this university for many, many years. Some stay even till retirement, which is a rarity these days. There is an environment that breeds intellectual curiosity and inquiry at all levels of the environment.

      Cons

      Perhaps the only bone to pick is that things move at a slower pace, but this is true of many places in academia. Also, you have to be careful when it comes to starting new research or projects that the endeavor is something which truly benefits the human medical condition. But this is more of a pro than anything
