Pros

Laid back atmosphere, co-workers for the most part, on campus cafeteria

Cons

Pay. 401 lock down, no structure. Lacking in progress. No motivation, old boys school mentality, rarely pay for any type of training or seminars that would enhance performance or job skill. Its like stepping back into time with HR and how to handle issues. No training for anyone that is promoted to management with no prior skills of managing people. Runs in spite of itself.

Pros

I worled in the IT Dept for 10+ years. They are cutting edge in technology, no doubt. They have the financial resources to do so.

Cons

No chance of advancement. 10 years after working here, I'm doing advanced, challenging work, but also still doing all the grunt work I was doing on day 1.
