      Pros

      Great campus and nicely maintained building. Health insurance is good. Quite a few employee events (free). Postdoc retreat provided free to very nice locations. On site Occupational health offers screening visits.

      Cons

      The work- life balance isn't great, but that is the nature of academic research unfortunately.
