Terrible leadership. Scandalous relationships amongst co workers, playing favorites and promoting people bc of relationships. Tons of micro managing.

The team at Rocket Homes made it a good place to work. The CEO is solid, he does need to implement quicker. The president tends to favor some TMs and he needs to stay involved.

Cons

Slow at making decisions. Caught in Analysis Paralysis. Still a boy's club but that's the same with all of Rocket.
