Pros
Money can be good, depending on how interest rates are doing. Sales is compromised of mostly the under 30 crowd so the energy level on the sales floor is always high.
Cons
Culture is not what it once was . As the company grew in numbers, it lost many of the original ideals and values that made it a special place to work at. Growth is limited. There is a small "inner circle" of people that call all the shots and make all the decisions. Performance will get you to a certain level that is impossible to break through, unless you are in the "inner circle".
