-Fun, open, expressive, and exciting atmosphere -All web banker locations are REALLY nice places to be in -Probably the best mortgage process, technology, and culture in the country. -You'll learn alot about LIFE in general, and use them with you for the rest of your life. -Culture, culture, culture---its just a phenomenal place and team to be a part of. -Knowing that your hard work WILL payoff with promotions, and some NICE paychecks.

Cons

-Long hours (if you dont care about this, then stop thinking, and GET ON BOARD with Quicken, you'll LOVE the place, seriously.) -You can make more money doing loans elsewhere, but I promise you wont have fun, and probably want to pull your hair out. -If you don't really buy into the company, you wont enjoy it.

Pros

Good benefits, great ability to learn especially if you're starting your marketing career or need to gain experience, always working on latest marketing technology/trends, great place to learn about direct response marketing.

Cons

Inconsistent expectations, combative/passive aggressive conflict resolution among teams/peers, conflicting cultural and business philosophy, excessive leadership paranoia, erratic decision making, uncertain career path for marketing employees, undefined structure for promotions/raises. Not the place to be if you're interested in learning brand marketing techniques.

Good benefits package. Good comp plan for the first four months. You are treated very well if you do well.

Cons

You are treated equally poorly if you fail. When rates go up, good luck. Product it not competetive. Consistantly 1 point higher than reputable financial institutions.
