Pros

The people here are genuinely nice human beings who truly value your opinion. Culture is great and isn't forced. CEO is low ego and values employees inputs. You can really make a huge impact here since the company is still quite small.

Cons

Same start up problems as any other start up -- wearing many hats, although this isn't exactly a con since it allows for career growth.

Moves fast, low overhead, lots of freedom to implement products and features in your vision, productive code and design reviews, full remote option

Cons

Little time spent on SDLC so collaboration can be all over the place, lots of startup/legacy code that is poorly tested

Pros

-Culture -Flexibility -Everyone is so kind and helpful -A lot of growth but doesn't feel 'painful' like other startups I've been at -RocketReach invests in its employees -Big company feel (i.e. tools we use, some structure, etc.) with the same perks and pros that you love out of a startup (autonomy, your opinions and recommendations matter, etc.)

Cons

-A little slower pace than I was expecting (but we also just hired a lot of new people so I'm not surprised)
