Having worked at multiple top companies, RocketReach by far has had the best onboarding and team oriented environment. Even being remote, the team goes out of their way to ensure that you're taken care of and feel welcomed. Everyone is accessible and super supportive. The company values are also very real, not just for marketing/branding purposes like many other places

Cons

I missed the team retreat by two weeks... :(

With a newer sales team, things are constantly changing and adapting so flexibility is key, but the changes are always for the better. We're constantly learning, growing, and improving.
